How does OTPX work?
Simply select a country and service, purchase a virtual number, and receive your OTP code instantly. The code will appear in your dashboard within seconds.
Why didn't I receive an OTP?
Sometimes services have delays or block virtual numbers. Try a different server/operator or wait a few minutes. If no OTP is received within 10 minutes, your balance will be refunded.
What is your refund policy?
If you don't receive an OTP within the specified time, your balance is automatically refunded. For payment issues, contact our support team with transaction details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) and Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tron). All payments are processed securely.
Can I use the same number multiple times?
No, each number is for single use only. After receiving an OTP, the number is released. You'll need to purchase a new number for subsequent verifications.
